A lesser-known but historically significant pattern featuring a combination of unique subdued blue, grey and drab brown shades, Haveston’s BRG strap is based on the cold war-era urban camouflage known as Berlin Brigade camo.
The Berlin Brigade was established in 1982 by the British 4th/7th Royal Dragoon Guards tank squadron in Berlin, after the traditional olive drab camo color was found to be incompatible with the built environment. Used on vehicles in developed areas, the dispersed, scaled-up digital pattern was designed to merge with surrounding buildings, windows and doorways (an approach similar to the naval dazzle-cam pattern of visual disruption).
The 2P variation expands Haveston’s popular Service series with a traditional two-piece layout. It features a finely woven, malleable base weave with double-layered construction, brushed stainless steel hardware and quick-release spring bars for easy installation and removal.
